Job Description
Position Overview: L4B Software is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with 57 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in MCAL CDD integration and AUTOSARbased ECUs. The candidate should be proficient in working with Vector stack & BSW and have experience with diagnostics and communication protocols. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive technical excellence and mentor junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Software Development and Integration:
- Design develop and integrate software modules for MCAL CDD and AUTOSARbased ECUs.
- Implement software components using Vector stack and BSW to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Develop highquality efficient and maintainable code adhering to industry best practices and standards.
- Technical Leadership:
- Lead the design and architecture discussions for software projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including hardware engineers system architects and project managers to define software requirements and deliver highquality solutions.
- Participate in project planning estimation and risk management activities.
- Diagnostics and Communication Protocols:
- Implement and manage diagnostics and communication protocols including CAN Ethernet and Flexray.
- Develop diagnostic services and tools for efficient troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure software quality through rigorous testing validation and verification processes.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for software design development and testing processes.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends technologies and best practices.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in software development processes and implement necessary changes.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- 57 years of experience in software development and integration particularly in automotive or embedded systems.
- Proficiency in MCAL and CDD integration.
- Extensive experience with HPC and AUTOSARbased ECUs.
- Expertise in Vector stack & BSW.
- Indepth knowledge of diagnostics and communication protocols (CAN Ethernet Flexray).
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools.
