Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement

Travel Planning

• Assist clients in planning and organizing their wellness retreats based on preferences and budget.
  
• Coordinate flights accommodations transportation and wellness activities to create seamless and rejuvenating experiences.
  

Destination Expertise

• Stay informed about wellness trends destinations and industry updates to provide clients with the latest information.
  
• Make recommendations for unique and personalized wellness experiences.
  

Training and Development

• Complete ongoing training to earn and maintain certification to book wellness retreats.
  
• Attend webinars with vendors and suppliers to become specialized in specific wellness destinations.
  

Client Satisfaction

• Provide excellent customer support before during and after retreats addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
  
• Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their preferences and anticipating their needs.
  

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work within the US.
  
• Must have a smartphone with internet access; a laptop is recommended but not required.
  
• Personal wellness retreat experience is a huge plus however not required.
  
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is also a plus but not required.
  
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple wellness itineraries simultaneously.
  
• Attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in booking details.
  
• Proficiency in email correspondence and virtual communication tools.
