Job Description

Position Title: Payroll Processing/Temporary Staffing Manager
Location: Gurugram
Experience: 24 years

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Payroll Processing/Temporary Staffing Manager to oversee payroll process and staffing functions ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations and coordinating with clients to manage their payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have indepth knowledge of compliance Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) compensation structures maintaining accurate records and a strong understanding of government business processes. Additionally this role includes business development responsibilities to grow the client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:
Manage and oversee the entire payroll process for temporary staff.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll including salaries bonuses deductions and taxes.
Handle TDS calculations and filings in compliance with government regulations.
Maintain and update payroll records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to payroll and staffing.
Stay updated on labour laws tax regulations and other relevant legislation.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Manage relationships with government bodies and agencies for compliancerelated matters.

Client Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding payroll matters.
Coordinate with clients to understand their payroll requirements and ensure compliance with their policies.
Provide regular updates and reports to clients on payroll status and issues.

Compensation Management:
Develop and manage compensation structures
Ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
Conduct regular reviews of compensation policies and practices.

Reporting and Analysis:
Generate and analyse payroll and staffing reports.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Prepare reports for senior management and other stakeholders.

Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
Present payroll services and solutions to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to create business development strategies.

Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll and staffing efficiency.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures for payroll and staffing.

System Management:
Maintain and update payroll systems and software.
Ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
Identify and implement improvements to payroll processes and systems.

Financial Management:
Prepare payrollrelated financial reports and analyses.
Assist in budget preparation and forecasting for payroll expenses.
Monitor payroll costs and identify costsaving opportunities.

Requirements

Qualification:

Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Finance Business Administration or a related field.

Experience: 24 years of experience in payroll processing temporary staffing or related roles.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
Proficiency in handling TDS and other taxrelated matters.
Excellent understanding of labour laws and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with compensation management and structures.
Experience in managing government business processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
