We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bilingual Senior Integrator to join our clients team in the printing industry in Montreal or Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating client needs recommending tailored solutions and overseeing the technical implementation of projects. This role requires a deep understanding of various environments strong analytical skills and proficiency in integration software and tools.

Responsibilities:
Determine needs and recommend solutions tailored to clients needs
Contribute to the technical evaluation of the project.
Compile data from customers.
Create integration diagrams using Cacoo/Visio software.
Conduct data review and analysis.
Determine customer needs based on data analysis.
Communicate analysis results and make recommendations to customers (technical specifications).
Preparation of Prouf of concept (PoC).
Carry out the complete implementation process
Integration of different software (programming).
Upgrade installation and maintenance of services.
Configure prepare and install the different solutions at the customers premises (Level 2).
Know and manage the different types of environments (Windows Server/ Windows 8 10 11 / Mac OS / AD/ DNS.
Master the tools for setting up the prerequisites (SQL Database Management Studio ODBC Connector Reporting PowerBi Vbscript Regex.
Maintain certifications and knowledge of the products marketed by the team (MFiles IRIS Nuance Ecopy Sharescan NtWare Uniflow.
Prepare and perform software demonstrations.
User training.
Upgrade installation and maintenance of services.
Act as a resource person for clients
Act as a resource person for customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Provide support and training for the various solutions installed (call taking emails customer contacts).
Quality control (minor QA) at every phase of a project.
Answer customer questions and resolve any issues (Level 2).
Mentorship
Breakdown of support tickets.
Training of junior integrators.
Provide input assessment of junior integrators performance.
What you will need to succeed:
Degree in Computer Science Technology or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in system and network administration.
2 years of experience with MFiles (required).
Knowledge of MFiles or similar solutions.
Proficiency in Windows Server 2008RR& Windows 7 10 11.
Strong understanding of SQL Server SQL Management Scripting ODBC Management.
Familiarity with ABBYY IRIS Xtract PowerScan solutions uMango Xerox Docushare.
Technical knowledge of TCP/IP LAN/WAN VLAN WIFI DHCP DNS SMB FTP Terminal Server Active Directory Microsoft Exchange Office Suite & Office 365 HyperV.
Excellent customer service skills.
Analytical mind and ability to make quick diagnoses.
Creativity and persistence.
Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
