Job Description
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Specialized certifications in talent management or organizational culture are an added advantage.
Talent Management: The ability to develop and implement strategies to attract, develop and retain talent within the organization.
Organizational Culture Management: Skills in promoting and developing organizational culture in line with company values and goals, and stimulating a positive work environment.
Strategic Planning: The ability to design and implement human resources strategies that support overall business objectives.
