Job Description
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) are an added advantage.
Accounting knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and standards, and the preparation and analysis of financial statements.
Financial Analysis: The ability to analyze and interpret financial data to provide accurate financial insights and advice.
Reporting: Skills in preparing financial reports, monthly and annual reports, and ensuring their accuracy and compliance with standards.
Budget Management: Ability to prepare and monitor budgets, and make recommendations to improve financial performance.
Use of technology: Skills in using accounting software and financial applications such as ERP, Excel, and data analysis software.
