Job Description
Educational qualifications: High school degree or equivalent. Training courses in food service or hospitality are an added advantage.
Communication skills: The ability to communicate effectively with customers and the work team, and respond to requests and inquiries in a professional manner.
Customer Service: Skills in providing excellent customer service, including dealing courteously and professionally with customers.
Time Management: The ability to handle multiple tasks and organize time effectively, especially at peak times.
Attention to detail: Ensuring that orders are submitted accurately and ensuring that customers’ needs are fully met.
Ability to work under pressure: Deal with busy situations and challenges that may arise while working in a calm and effective manner.
