JDEssential Duties

Work closely with the People Technology and Services Product Owners to turn requirements into a solution.
Provide support and implement solutions in Workday for all modules including HCM Compensation Onboarding Performance and Talent Security Time and Absence.
Configures tests and deploys Workday solutions to optimize business processes in assigned functional area(s).
Serves as a technical resource for future Workday implementations or enhancement.
Develops and maintains processes to ensure integrity of data throughout the organization by running reports auditing analyzing information and troubleshooting errors.
Works closely with the HR team to understand business processes goals and gaps to implement solutions that address the business needs; troubleshoot complex system/user issues to drive resolution and determine root cause conduct workflow analysis and streamline processes.
Configure Workday provided reports and build custom reports as directed by HR Management
Serves as a Subject Matter Expert in Workday technology. Handle complex issues and work to provide solutions performing work with a high level of latitude.
Participate and assist with ongoing Workday function configuration and integration. Ensure successful launch of any updated Workday functionality.
Detect and resolve vulnerabilities identifies investigates alternative solutions recommends enhancements/changes and conducts necessary vulnerability testing and risk analysis
