Job Description:
Provide visionary leadership and direction for all creative projects ensuring alignment with the brands identity values and goals.
Manage and mentor a team of designers copywriters artists and other creative professionals. Foster a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
Drive the creation of innovative and compelling ideas concepts and strategies for advertising marketing campaigns branding and other creative projects.
Oversee endtoend project management from conceptualization to execution ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Maintain and enhance the brands visual identity and voice across all touchpoints ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand presence.
Stay updated on industry trends consumer behavior and competitor activities to inform creative strategies and solutions.
Conduct thorough reviews of creative work to provide constructive feedback and ensure alignment with project goals and brand guidelines.
Manage creative budgets allocate resources effectively and make informed decisions to optimize project outcomes.
Collaborate closely with marketing product development and sales teams to ensure creative alignment with broader business strategies.
Lead brainstorming sessions and creative meetings inspiring innovative thinking and encouraging diverse perspectives.
Develop and implement creative processes and workflows to streamline project management and enhance team efficiency.
Ensure compliance with legal regulatory and ethical standards in all creative outputs.
Cultivate relationships with external creative agencies freelancers and vendors to expand creative capabilities and resources.
Analyze and report on the performance of creative campaigns using datadriven insights to refine and improve future projects.
Champion the use of new technologies and platforms to enhance creative execution and reach.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts Marketing or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Proficiency in design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong conceptual thinking and problemsolving abilities.
The Creative Head role requires a passion for creativity a drive for innovation and a commitment to delivering outstanding creative solutions.
Proven experience in a leadership role within a creative team with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse and successful projects.
Ability to balance creative vision with practical business considerations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with digital and multimedia design including web mobile and social media platforms.
Ability to adapt to and manage multiple deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
A proactive approach to learning and professional development staying abreast of the latest industry advancements and trends.
Demonstrated ability to foster an inclusive and diverse team culture encouraging creativity and collaboration
