Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and will be responsible for the administration configuration and support of the platform to meet business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing automation processes and the ability to work effectively with various teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Administration:

Manage and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform ensuring optimal performance and uptime.

Configure and manage Marketing Cloud components including Email Studio Mobile Studio Social Studio Web Studio and Journey Builder.

Oversee user access and permissions ensuring data security and compliance with company policies.

Campaign Management:

Collaborate with marketing teams to design implement and manage marketing campaigns and customer journeys.

Develop and manage automation workflows and triggers.

Create and maintain email templates landing pages and forms.

Data Management:

Ensure data integrity and cleanliness within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Manage data extensions data imports and segmentation.

Utilize SQL and AMPscript for data manipulation and campaign personalization.

Reporting and Analytics:

Generate and analyze reports on campaign performance providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Monitor key metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Technical Support:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Stay updated on platform updates and new features implementing them as appropriate.

Training and Documentation:**

Develop and deliver training sessions for endusers and team members.

Create and maintain documentation for processes configurations and best practices.

Qualifications:

**Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Proven track record in managing and executing marketing automation campaigns.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administration.

Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts and best practices.

Experience with SQL AMPscript and HTML/CSS for email template creation and data manipulation.

Familiarity with integration techniques including API and data connectors.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.

Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Computer Science Information Technology or a related field preferred.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus.
