Java Engineer

Title: Senior Java Engineer
Duration: 12 months contract (possible extension)
Location: Sunnyvale CA (Onsite on Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday)

Job Description:

Expertise in core Java and objectoriented analysis and design.

Knowledge of Kafka and Redis technologies.

Indepth knowledge and experience in advanced Java features such as Lambdas Streams Collections Concurrency and IO.

Good understanding of design principles algorithms and data structures.

Experience in application development with NoSQL technologies (Cassandra experience) is a plus.

Experience implementing RESTful Services using JAXRS and Jersey.

Strong understanding of XML and JSON.

Additional Requirements:

Must have good oral/written communication skills.

Proactive and Selfmotivated.

Should be able to partner with current team members to deliver assignments.
