Description:
We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our Salesforce platform.
Job Summary:
The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the design development testing and implementation of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders administrators and other developers to deliver highquality Salesforce applications and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Development and Customization:
Design develop and implement custom solutions using Apex Visualforce and Lightning Components.
Customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements including the creation of custom objects workflows validation rules and process automation.
Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with external systems.
Technical Leadership:
Provide technical expertise and guidance to other developers and administrators.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Quality Assurance:
Perform unit testing integration testing and troubleshooting of developed solutions.
Ensure code quality security and best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
Documentation and Training:
Create and maintain technical documentation including design documents code comments and user guides.
Conduct training sessions and provide support to endusers and administrators.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
3 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Apex Visualforce Lightning Components SOQL and SOSL.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST SOAP and other APIs.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
Knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and frameworks like AngularJS or ReactJS is a plus.
Certifications:
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is preferred.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detailoriented with a commitment to delivering highquality solutions.
