Job Title: Senior Amazon Specialist
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Specialist to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon's marketplace including Seller Central and Vendor Central and will be responsible for managing and optimizing our product listings driving sales growth and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings including titles descriptions images and keywords to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
- Conduct market research to identify trends competitive landscape and opportunities for product expansion.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance customer reviews and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and implement effective advertising campaigns using Amazon Advertising (PPC) to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Manage inventory levels forecasting and replenishment to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts.
- Handle customer inquiries reviews and feedback promptly and professionally to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay uptodate with Amazon policies algorithms and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing sales and logistics to align strategies and achieve business goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Amazon Specialist or similar role with a track record of successfully managing and optimizing Amazon accounts.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms.
- Proficiency in Amazon Advertising (PPC) and other marketing tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing business or a related field is preferred.
