LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS WHO ARE PHILIPPINESBASED CANDIDATES
Position: Virtual Assistant Outbound
Working Hours: MF starting at 7 am EST
Salary Range: $/ Monthly
ABOUT THE COMPANY
The company is a dynamic company dedicated to simplifying the complexities of business formation payment setup compliance taxes and more. We empower entrepreneurs and businesses of all sizes to navigate the intricate landscape of financial and regulatory requirements with ease allowing them to focus on what truly matters building and growing their ventures
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Outcomes:
Outcome#1:
1. Description: Repeatedly build accurate and comprehensive lists of targeted customers.
2. Measurement: Number of lists built per week accuracy of contact information successful upload of lists to sales sequencing software.
Outcome#2:
1. Description: Demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness in finding email contact information especially when it is not available on the main platform (Apollo.io).
2. Measurement: Number of contacts enriched with email information from secondary sources responsiveness to adhoc tasks quality of enriched data.
Outcome#3:
1. Description: Efficiently follow a workflow to upload lists to our email sequencing software.
2. Measurement: Timeliness and accuracy of list uploads and adherence to workflow procedures.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
3 years of experience as a virtual assistant.
Experience in list building
No specific educational qualifications required but relevant training or certifications are a plus.
Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
Familiarity with apollo.io or smartlead.ai is a plus.
*The company will provide access to any specific tooling they need strong internet access and a laptop.
