1. Necessary Skills & Tasks:

• Develop customize and maintain visually appealing frontend experiences for Shopify themes and applications.

• Implement frontend solutions with a strong focus on user interface design usability and conversion optimization.

• Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing strategies.

• Optimize website performance responsiveness and speed to enhance user experience and SEO ranking.

• Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues related to Shopify applications themes and integrations.

• Stay updated with the latest frontend development trends technologies and best practices.

• Provide input on marketing strategies and initiatives leveraging technical expertise to drive customer engagement and sales.

• Conduct code reviews provide constructive feedback and mentor junior developers.

• Drive the orchestration of marketing campaigns from inception to execution including instrumentation & tag management landing page development MarTech implementation and campaign support. Additionally provide expertise in experiment setup marketing analytics and ensure seamless integration with marketing strategies.

2. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field preferred

• 3 years of experience in frontend Shopify development with a strong portfolio showcasing visually appealing and highconverting ecommerce websites.

• Proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript and Liquid templating language.

• Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries such as React Vue.js or Angular.

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and their application in ecommerce settings.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams including designers marketers and stakeholders.

• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.

• Understanding of the golf industry and its unique challenges and opportunities is preferred.

3. Necessary Software Familiarities:

• Shopify platform and its APIs.

• Version control systems such as Git.

• Integrated development environments (IDEs) like Visual Studio Code or Sublime Text.

• Graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Sketch (basic knowledge for asset manipulation).

• Project management tools like Jira or Trello for task tracking and collaboration.

• Knowledge of deployment processes and hosting environments.

• Familiarity with SEO principles and techniques for optimizing ecommerce websites.

The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of marketing principles and be able to collaborate effectively with marketing teams to achieve business objectives. Additionally they should be proactive in providing input on marketing strategies and leveraging technical expertise to drive customer engagement and sales. While familiarity with backend development roles for Shopify stores is expected the primary emphasis is on frontend tasks and responsibilities.
