Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst
Work Location: Atlanta GA 30303
Duration: 6 Months
Job Type: Hybrid ((onsite/ hybrid 3 days a week)

Job Summary:
- Experience working in financial institutions business analysis requirements gathering and testing
- Experience in agile and scrum projects
- Experience working in instant payments Zelle RTPs Fed Now with payment formats like ISO20022 SWIFT NACHA
- Experience working in data mapping for fraud detection sanctions daily/weekly reporting needs
- Experience in ACH formats and settlement process
- Experiece in documenting Restful APIs involved in Payments processing
- Experience working with third party systems and products TCH EWS
Job Description:
- As a Sr. Business Analyst with 10 to 13 years of experience you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Payments ProductFunctional initiatives.
- You will leverage your expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- You will need to have knowledge and expertise in Zelle ISO20022 EWS ACH Settlement Rest APIs Swagger Data mapping.
- Experience: 10 to 13Yrs
Required Skills:
- Agile payments Product Functional Scrum
Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for Payments Product
Functional projects
- Oversee the development and implementation of project plans using Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Provide detailed insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive project success
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives
- Facilitate daily standups sprint planning and retrospective meetings to maintain project momentum
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones by closely monitoring progress and addressing any roadblocks
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of payment solutions to ensure they meet business requirements
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including user stories use cases and process flows
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution to ensure successful outcomes
- Engage with clients to gather feedback and incorporate it into project improvements
- Provide training and support to team members on Agile and Scrum best practices
- Monitor industry trends and advancements in payment technologies to keep our solutions competitive
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team collaboration and innovation
Qualifications
- Possess a deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies with proven experience in leading projects
- Demonstrate expertise in Payments ProductFunctional domain with a strong track record of successful project delivery
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problemsolving skills to address complex business challenges
- Showcase strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and team members
- Hold a bachelors degree in business Information Technology or a related field
- Have a certification in Agile or Scrum such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMIACP
- Display a proactive and resultsoriented approach to project management
