DS Technologies Inc is looking for Physical Therapist role for one of our premier clients.

Overview:
PRN Physical Therapy is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join their dynamic team. The role involves providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services to patients helping them regain mobility manage pain and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients functional abilities limitations and goals.
• Treatment Plans: Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals using various therapeutic techniques.
• Interventions: Implement therapeutic exercises manual therapy and other interventions to improve mobility strength flexibility and function.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor and document patients progress adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about therapy procedures home exercises and injury prevention techniques.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy techniques and integrate them into practice.
• Compliance: Adhere to ethical and professional standards ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Team Support: Utilize nonclinical staff and delegate tasks to Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) when applicable.

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and establish treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities effectively.
• Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Education: Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Certifications: CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
• Experience: Strong clinical skills with experience in orthopedic neurological or geriatric physical therapy preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in computer skills for documentation.

Physical Requirements:

• Mobility: Ability to move around freely to assist patients and therapists.
• Lifting: Capable of lifting and carrying equipment or assisting patients (up to 50 pounds).
• Standing: Extended periods of standing and walking during therapy sessions.
• Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in handling therapy tools and equipment.
• Visual & Auditory Skills: Ability to observe patients and communicate effectively.
• Flexibility: Adaptability to changing tasks and schedules.
