Overview:
The Brand Ads Team builds technologies that unlock business growth potential. This team owns several ads products including reservation ads auction ads and innovative content ads enabling advertisers and users to foster brand awareness and achieve business goals. The team works on the endtoend ads delivery tech stack including ads bidding ranking and forecasting. They seek seasoned engineers with strong problemsolving skills and algorithm understanding to build and manage highperformance scalable and available systems. The role offers the opportunity to partner closely with global engineering and product teams in a highimpact fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Create innovative monetization products that drive engagement and revenue.
• System Development: Participate in the development of a largescale Ads system.
• Algorithm Development: Develop and iterate Ads algorithms using Machine Learning.
• Technology Work: Work on NLP and CVrelated technology for content understanding and taxonomy.
• Organizational Contribution: Contribute to the success of a rapidly growing and evolving organization with speed and quality.

Qualifications:

• Education: BS degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or other relevant majors.
• Experience: 3 years of related work experience.
• Technical Skills:
  • Excellent programming debugging and optimization skills in one or more generalpurpose programming languages including Go C/C Python.
  • Ability to think critically and formulate solutions to problems clearly and concisely.
  • Relevant experience with machine learning data mining data analysis distribution systems.
  • Good understanding of domains such as brand ads content ads auction bidding ranking and ads forecasting.
  • Experience with Machine Learning Deep Learning NLP ranking systems recommendation systems backend largescale systems data science fullstack development.
  • Good product sense and experience in designing and implementing product features.
