We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Director to oversee operations drive clinical excellence and lead our team toward delivering exceptional patient care. This fulltime onsite role offers a unique partnership opportunity within our esteemed organization.

Position: Clinic Director Partnership Opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management: Provide strong leadership guidance and direction to clinical and administrative staff fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Operational Oversight: Manage daytoday clinic operations including scheduling budgeting inventory management and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Clinical Excellence: Ensure highquality patient care delivery by maintaining clinical standards implementing best practices and facilitating staff training and development.
• Business Development: Drive business growth initiatives foster relationships with referring physicians and explore new opportunities to expand clinic services.
• Patient Relations: Maintain exceptional patient relations by addressing concerns ensuring patient satisfaction and upholding the clinics reputation for excellence.

Qualifications:

• Degree: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent.
• Licensure: Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Experience: Proven experience in a clinical leadership role within a rehabilitation setting.
• Skills: Strong business acumen excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Abilities: Ability to multitask prioritize and problemsolve effectively.

Physical Requirements:

• Mobility: Ability to move around freely to assist patients and therapists.
• Lifting: Capable of lifting and carrying equipment or assisting patients as needed (up to 50 pounds).
• Standing: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during therapy sessions.
• Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in handling therapy tools and equipment.
• Visual and Auditory Skills: Ability to observe patients and communicate effectively.
• Flexibility: Adaptability to changing tasks and schedules in a dynamic healthcare environment.
