Position: Clinic Director Partnership Opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management: Provide strong leadership and direction to clinical and administrative staff fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Operational Oversight: Manage daytoday clinic operations including scheduling budgeting inventory management and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Clinical Excellence: Uphold high standards of patient care by maintaining clinical standards implementing best practices and overseeing staff training and development.
• Business Development: Drive growth initiatives build relationships with referring physicians and explore new opportunities to expand clinic services.
• Patient Relations: Maintain exceptional patient relations by addressing concerns ensuring satisfaction and upholding the clinics reputation for excellence.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Proven experience in a clinical leadership role within a rehabilitation setting.
• Strong business acumen with demonstrated success in clinic growth.
• Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask prioritize and problemsolve effectively.
