The Beyond Beauty Club (BBC) is developing an exclusive conglomerate of beautytech brands with the mission of providing our consumers around the world personalised and relevant products. Our leading brand Simon Ourian M.D. brings Simon Ourians expertise as an acclaimed international Cosmetic Dermatologist with products that help support beautiful skin direct to consumers.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team on a temporary basis for maternity cover to help support the NPD function and the marketing of the portfolio of highperformance products. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to our dynamic team during this period. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards for our brand:

• Product Development: Lead the development of new products from initial concept through to market launch.
• Research and Innovation: Conduct thorough research on market trends new technologies and emerging ingredients to ensure our products remain at the forefront of innovation.
• Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of NPD projects including planning coordinating with internal and external teams and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Regulatory Compliance: Working with suppliers to ensure all products comply with local and international regulations including safety testing and necessary certifications.
• Market Analysis: Collaborate with the Marketing & Sales teams to analyze consumer needs and preferences adapting product developments accordingly.
• Creativity: Develop compelling 360 themes photoshoot planning asset creation and sales and product education campaigns
• Ecommerce: lead the consumer journey pathway and recommend changes for improved ATV LTV and overall customer experienceFinancially astute and with a smart mix of com
• Financially astute and with a smart mix of commerciality combined with a creative flair

Requirements

The ideal candidate has the following skills:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development ideally skincare.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a resultsoriented approach and adherence to deadlines.

Creativity: excellent eye for detail and instinct into what consumers want with the ability to communicate both written and orally to sell into internal departments and external partners.

Office 365: Excel and PowerPoint skills a must.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various departments.

Flexibility: must love problem solving and being able to pivot in a start up environment but with the experience to add new processes and ways of working

Languages: Proficiency in English and preferably a second language.
