Workday Advance Compensation Lead

Job description :

• At least 57 years of handson Workday experience with 3 years of recent experience around implementing and supporting HCM Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation functional areas.
• HCM Comp and Advanced Compensation active certification (within last 2 years) is preferred to allow candidate to be added to Workday customer scorecard for project work.
• Ability to lead medium to large projects (acquisition phase X etc.) for the full project lifecycle in areas(s) of expertise from initial scoping/planning discovery design testing and go live/AMS support.
• Persuasive communication presentation and analytical skills with the ability to effectively work across internal teams while managing client and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience working with and leading offshore teams during projects and for ongoing support of abovementioned modules. This will require being able to take early morning and late evening calls to meet global stakeholders.
• This is a remote role but occasional travel may be required
• Need selfstarters with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset to work in a dynamic and fastgrowing Workday partner.
