Job Description
Job Title: IVV Engineer 2
Location: Irvine CA
Job Description & Skill Requirement:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field or Masters degree in field
- Test Management & Test Methodologies (Integration Verification & Validation)
- Expertise in common test practices (Automation Functional & NonFunction tests use cases)
- Ability to read and interpret requirement documentation
- Experience in Unix /Linux/ Android systems
- Expereince in Bluetooth testing and Ethernet networks
- Deep knowledge of common defect management and tools (ClearQuest JIRA)
- Knowledge of Agile and common tools (JIRA VersionOne)
- Analytical abilities
- Familiarity with common system weaknesses (race conditions synchronization problems border values intermittent problems in SW & HW)
- Ability to understand and create test cases
- Comfortable with handling and performing troubleshooting on software & hardware
- Experience in the aerospace industry; avionics experience preferred
- Experience in Test Automation
- Programming or script writing capabilities is a plus
- Knowledge of Linux Shell Scripting and Networking Technologies is a plus
