Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert advice to clients through telephone and facetoface interactions offering comprehensive Mortgage and Protection solutions.

• Provide online quotations and advice to customers who have engaged with our website.
• Manage endtoend quote requests ensuring a seamless experience for clients and adherence to our established sales process.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Essential: Previous experience as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor demonstrating a deep understanding of the field.
• Essential: Successful completion of the fit and proper assessment with no regulatory breaches.
• Strong professionalism and excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in effective communication over the phone.
• Selfmotivation and a clear desire to achieve personal and professional success.

• IT literacy and a keen eye for detail.
