Your main tasks will include:

• Being responsible for the integrity and consistency of our global brand across all touch points for internal and external stakeholders
• Maintaining our current design systems and contributing to the continuous creative evolution of our brand design
• Developing international brand marketing campaigns in collaboration with our local country teams
• Optimizing brand outputs such as our CLARK websites
• Managing stakeholders and their expectations as well as owning your projects independently
• Leading internal workshops for design related topics and mentor junior designers

You are right with us if:

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in Communication Design and Brand Design
• You are well versed in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite Motion Skills are a plus
• You have a passion for current design trends you enjoy doing creative research and know your way around AI tools such as Midjourney
• You have a sharp eye for harmonious design and fine layouting details but dont get lost in them this allows you to work carefully but also to meet tight deadlines
• You are an excellent communicator and are not afraid to manage senior stakeholders in creative advertising/marketing environments
• You are fluent in English German is a plus
