Job Description
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in hotel management, wellness, health and fitness, or related field. Additional certifications in wellness or spa management are a plus.
Spa Management: The ability to organize and manage all aspects of the spa, including the programs and services offered, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Planning and Development: Skills in developing and planning health and wellness programs and services, including massage, cosmetic treatments, and wellness activities.
Team Management: Ability to lead and direct the spa team, train and evaluate performance, and motivate employees to ensure high quality service.
Communication with clients: Skills in dealing with guests, understanding their needs and providing appropriate consultations on wellness services.
