Job Description
Educational qualifications: High school degree or equivalent. Training courses in laundry management or hospitality are an added advantage.
Organization skills: The ability to organize and manage the washing, drying and ironing process effectively, and ensure the quality of the service provided.
Dealing with customers: Skills in dealing with customers in a professional and friendly manner, and ensuring that their needs are met positively.
Attention to detail: ensuring the accuracy of the work and ensuring that the clothes are clean, dried and ironed properly.
Time Management: The ability to manage time efficiently, ensuring that tasks are completed on time.
