Job Description
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field. Training certificates in spa management or spa therapy are an added advantage.
Operations Management: The ability to manage all aspects of spa operation, including organizing and supervising staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service.
Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve spa performance and increase customer satisfaction.
Team Management: Skills in leading and directing a work team, including training, performance appraisal, and motivating employees.
Customer Service: Skills in providing excellent customer service and handling complaints and inquiries effectively.
