Gated Communities PMO Specialist

• Supervise the end-to-end Gated Communities projects services operations, project management & backend functionalities to ensure ensuring high quality service delivery and fast TTM.
• Handle parties scope throughout the project duration and maintain accurate program estimates, timelines, project plans, status reports
• Monitor and advise regarding the implementations activities including site surveys, passive network implementation, acceptance, site preparations, active network implementation and service provisioning.
• Consultation for the GC services operations for residential compounds and hospitality solutions inside gated communities that is not limited to the implementation, optimization and maintainance of the Triple Play backend systems and it’s the corresponding integration with the OSS/BSS systems.
• Advise and follow up on the needed steps to enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting and looks for opportunities to expand systems.
• Cooperate with technology management to have operational technical information, analysis and recommendations for strategic plans and reviews; Monitor and cooperate in facilitating needed preparation to complete action plans; maintain service quality and service level standards, audit and follow up to resolve problems, increase MTBF and perform network audits
