Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing our social media accounts creating engaging content and growing our online presence. This role requires a passion for social media excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Management: Monitor social media channels respond to comments messages and mentions in a timely and professional manner and engage with followers to build a loyal community.
• Social Media Planning: Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies and campaigns to align with marketing goals and objectives.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends tools and best practices and suggest new ways to attract prospective customers and engage existing ones.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team graphic designers and other departments to ensure brand consistency and to coordinate social media activities with overall marketing efforts.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the social media team including scheduling posts organizing content calendars and conducting research.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer Sprout Social).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics.
