Job Description
• Adhere to company & client purchasing and procurement policy to ensure that all work undertaken is delivered on time and to specification.
Establish KPI’s to suit the needs of service and subcontract Order’s to evaluate progress & performance.
• Manage a team of members with positive work relationship, efforts acknowledgement, conflict resolution, jobs delegation and clear communication.
• Delegate Warehouse & Fleet team in achieving their target performance and resolve their process issues, conflict with other stakeholder’s.
• Monitor service & post service supplier’s work performance with agreed terms.
