Job Description

HUMAN RESOURCES PROJECT SUPPORT SPECIALIST TEMPORARY (Permanent)
Our client an established manufacturing company in WNY is looking to hire a Temporary Human Resources Project Support Specialist to assist them for about a month.


Responsibilities:

  • Gather employee information/records and ensure all paperwork is complete
  • Scan confidential documents into database
  • Create new accounts as necessary
  • Maintain organized file system of hard copies
  • Ensure extreme attention to detail at all times
  • Maintain confidentiality of all employee information
  • Work well in a team environment as well as independently
  • Complete special projects in a timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned/as necessary


Details:

  • Position is full time temporary
  • 100% Inoffice
  • $20.00 $25.00 / hour depending on experience
  • 1 years relative experience
  • Strong computer skills specifically Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong technical skills
  • Selfmotivated
  • Relocation not available
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available
