Job Description
- Ensure proper case administration, thorough documentation, and timely investigation completion to meet established KPI deadlines
- Convene and lead disciplinary committees as necessary, ensuring follow-up on any remediation actions recommended by the committees
- Submit cases for closure in accordance with the investigation framework and track remediation actions resulting from cases
- Collaborate with Legal & Integrity to deliver training to the HR team and business units. This includes preparing training materials, scheduling meetings, and supporting the delivery of training sessions
