Job Description

Leadership and Strategy:

. Develop and execute the artistic vision and strategy for the company.

. Ensure alignment of the art strategy with the company's overall goals and objectives.

. Lead, inspire, and ensure the development of a talented team of 17 artists across three teams (2 live games teams and 1 new games team).

Resource Management:

. Oversee the allocation of art resources across projects to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

. Collaborate with other departments to align on project requirements and timelines.

. Manage and optimize the art production pipeline to maintain high-quality output.
