Branch Manager

Our clients company specializes in hydraulic and automation components and systems hoses fittings instrumentation lubrication and filtration products. They are currently seeking a Branch Manager for their Seattle location.

This is a critical role as the current manager will be transferred to a new branch soon. The ideal candidate will have a background in industrial products and sales and will be responsible for leading the growth of the companys flagship brand in the area.

Branch Manager Job Responsibilities

• Call on OEMs in power generation agriculture food production and other industries to promote and sell the companys products
• Learn and understand the companys product offerings and be able to effectively communicate their benefits to customers at all levels
• Provide strong leadership and mentorship to branch and district managers
• Take ownership of the branchs profit and loss (P&L) responsibility
• Grow revenue and develop the sales team to achieve targets

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales and supervision preferably in a related industry
• Mechanical orientation and familiarity with hydraulic and automation products (training will be provided)
• Selfmotivated and able to work independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to grow people revenue and branch
