This is a 8 hour shift 5 days each week with the shift schedule being from 11:00 19:30 total of 40 hours per week.. Certified Surgical Technician with Basic Life Support (BLS) and Need 2 Professional References. The allinclusive hourly nonlocal pay rate for this position is $40.39/hr encompassing a taxable component of $29.06/hr along with a per diem of $11.33/hr. Reward on non local rate: $5.57/hr. Work Location: 2001 W 86th Street Indianapolis IN 46260. Local Rates (Below 50Miles): $32.19/hr.

Summary
- Department: Surgery
- Shift Timings: 11:0019:30 Hours Monday to Friday (5 Days/8 Hours)
- Per Week: 40 Hours
- Must be strong Neuro/Spine/Ortho Up to 1 call shift per week up to 1 weekend shift worked per 6 weeks
Roles & Responsibilities
- Preparing sterile operating rooms for surgeries.
- Sterilizing equipment and instruments.
- Stocking adequate supplies for surgery.
- Preparing patients for surgery by washing and disinfecting incision sites.
- Providing support during surgery by passing instruments and other supplies.
- Tracking surgical supplies.
- Staying uptodate on surgical technology medical terminology and procedures.
- Working well with surgeons surgical assistant nurses and general surgical team.
- Helping provide great patient care.
