React Native developer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced React Native developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the latest React Native framework and the ability to develop and maintain applications aimed at a vast number of diverse Android & iOS devices. Your primary focus will be the development of React Native applications and their integration with backend services.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop new userfacing features using React Native.
2. Build reusable components and frontend libraries for future use.
3. Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code.
4. Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of webcapable devices and browsers.
5. Work and collaborate with the rest of the engineering team (e.g. backend developers UX/UI designers).
6. Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
7. Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

Requirements:

1. 4 years of professional experience in React Native.
2. Firm grasp of JavaScript and TypeScript.
3. Knowledge of functional or objectoriented programming.
4. Ability to write welldocumented clean JavaScript code.
5. Familiarity with native build tools like XCode Gradle Android Studio.
6. Experience with automated testing suites like Jest or Mocha.
7. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Token.
8. Familiarity with modern frontend build pipelines and tools.
9. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
10. A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
