Title: Kronos Consultant
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 5 yrs.
Employment Type: Contract to hire.
Work Mode: Hybrid
Notice Period: Immediate joiners only
CTC: 13LPA (Max).

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Proven experience working with integration or implementations of Cloudbased systems
- Must be a selfstarter (entrepreneur spirit) and willing to work independently without daily supervision
- Introspective and a strong team player
- WFC experience is a must and UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) experience is plus
- SQL and WFC WIM
- Good oral and written communication and organizational skills
- Having worked on a WFC to Dimensions migration
- Excellent verbal and written English is a must
- Experience working on various modules of Kronos and Dimensions (Attestation Attendance Accruals Extensions etc.)
- Knowledge of technical principles practices and procedures to implement and maintain system solutions.
- Experience working with Kronos clocks (configure create smart views and required building blocks).
