Job Title: Business Analyst Core Banking
Location: Remote (Need only NYC/NJ Candidates)
Duration: 6 Months
Years of Experience: 12 Yrs.
Required Hours/Week: 40
Job Description:
Skills and Experience:
- A strong communication skill is a MUST as this role will be facing all business areas of the bank
- Excellent writing skill to deliver technical specifications at granular level to the development team
- A strong understanding of commercial baking products services and processes
- 10 years in banking and financial services with a focus on commercial banking products services and processes
- 10 years working as a Business Analyst in banking or related fields
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Writing specifications to build reports
- Familiarity with banking systems and technologies including Core banking system ACH/Wire payment processing risk management and compliance
- Able to work in a fastpaced environment with a diverse group of people engaging with stakeholders to capture and prioritize business needs
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Critical thinking and decisionmaking skills to evaluate alternatives and make recommendations
- Require minimal guidance in daytoday activities and delivery
- Selfmotivated with evergrowing attitude
