Please find the below role and responsibility:

Primary Purpose of the position:

1. Join the meeting with Japanese customer as interpretive/translator.

2. Translate the communications received from Japanese customers.

3. Support the organization in stablishing relationship with Japanese customers once introduced with them.

Key Accountability:

1. Make the communications more effective by including suggestions/recommendations from our team behind.

2. Support organization for every day customer communications

3. Translate technical (Drawing SOR etc) and commercial documents from customers and internal teams

4. Communicate and Administrate for customer followup items

5. Handle in and out shipments (sample delivery handling)

6. Prepare internal documents and reports

7. Act as interpreter when required

8. Administrate other customer related events and activities.
