Operations Head

Role Description: This is a fulltime onsite role for a Operations Head The Head will be responsible for managing the overall operational aspects of the company including business planning financial management and strategic initiatives. They will work closely with the executive team to ensure the companys operational activities align with its goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the companys daytoday operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement business planning and operational strategies.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage financial aspects of the company including budgeting cost optimization and financial planning.
• Lead and motivate a highperforming management team to achieve company objectives.
• Collaborate with the executive team to drive growth and enhance overall performance.
• Ensure the effective execution of key initiatives and projects.
• Monitor industry trends and adjust operational strategies accordingly.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong background in business planning and operations management.
• Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
• Experience in financial management budgeting and cost optimization.
• Excellent leadership and decisionmaking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in driving organizational growth and success.
• Engineering and Management qualification with adequate exposure and experience in a similar role will be preferred.
• 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Location: This position is based near Cuttack Orissa India and requires fulltime onsite presence.
