    You will be involved in improving modifying and developing the viewer for the largest 2D comprehensive download shop which is the main business of our group.

    The goal of this position is to achieve the industrys top user experience in media players. Daily efforts are focused on analyzing and improving the viewers user experience.

    Even if you apply for this position there is a possibility that other development teams may be proposed during the selection process.

    Current Challenges Specific Initiatives and Future Outlook:

    The team is currently facing a challenge where they want to allocate resources primarily to areas that aim for a better user experience. However due to the current situation they often find themselves dedicating efforts to addressing issues and responding to requests from the operations team making it challenging to secure resources for UX improvement.

    To address this the plan is to first resolve the shortage of resources through additional hiring and then strengthen the team structure to focus on UX improvement. The current team consists of 4 development members and 1 leader. The longterm plan is to reinforce the team structure into a twoteam system to consistently secure resources for UX improvement. If you have an interest in management tasks when transitioning to a twoteam system or if you are passionate about enhancing user experience we welcome you to join.

    Current Structure of the Web Service Team:

    The development team is currently divided into five units. This position belongs to the web unit which is responsible for developing web services. The team operates with the goal of avoiding personalization and instead of handling individual products manages multiple products within one unit. The current team consists of 35 members including 4 leaders and 2 subleaders who oversee the organization crossfunctionally.

    Recent Tasks: The current focus is on laying the foundation for UX improvement which involves efforts to enhance infrastructure. The team collaboratively manages the workload ensuring tasks are evenly distributed among members through discussions. Individual preferences and desired challenges in different areas are actively incorporated. The current operational structure is optimized through collective opinions fostering an environment where everyone contributes to achieving the best outcomes.   • Remote work: You can choose to come to the office at least 3 times a week or be fully remote depending on the teams policy.
