You will be responsible for handling customer interactions for a bilingual project. We are broadly recruiting IT professionals who wish to engage in IT work using English from those with IT experience to those with bilingual IT work experience.
Job Overview:
Depending on your experience and start date you will be assigned to a project. You will work on operational projects using both Japanese and English. Many of the projects involve user support and handson support with actual devices.
Example Projects:
Bilingual help desk work at a major foreign pharmaceutical company in Tokyo
Primarily supporting client PCs mobile phones and peripherals
User support will mainly be in Japanese with coordination with overseas engineers in English
