Job Description
Educational qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Diploma or advanced training certificate in refrigeration and air conditioning or related field is an added advantage.
Licenses and certificates:
An accredited certificate in refrigeration and air conditioning or its equivalent.
Equipment operation and maintenance license if required in the area.
Personal skills:
Strong analytical skills to effectively diagnose and resolve complex faults.
Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients.
Ability to lead and direct work teams or trainees.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
