Job Description
Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for openings in Los Angeles California (downtown are). This is a fulltime permanent opportunity with benefits.
Details:
- Hybrid (combination of home visits and working remotely)
- 47 patients a day
- Provide comprehensive healthcare to patients with complex and chronic care needs.
- Primary Care Visits
- Perform health risk assessments including medical history review symptom evaluation and physical examinations.
- Develop care plans for chronic disease management.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.

Requirements:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
- Valid DEA License
- At least 1 year of clinical patient care experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Bilingual in Spanish/Korean is a plus
