Job Description

Discovery Life Sciences is a leading provider of highly characterized human biospecimens and cellular starting materials to advance cell and gene therapy and precision medicine programs for cancer infectious disease and other complex conditions. We support new therapeutic approaches with reliable biomarker data in clinical trials and help physicians to achieve the goal of making the best treatment available to patients.

Tasks

  • Support each member of the German HRTeam along the whole Employee Lifecycle
  • Mainly responsible to ensure administrative tasks are handled timely and in high quality standard
  • Support in several projects for example in the area of People Development Retention Recruiting etc.
  • Filing of HR relevant documents
  • Research activities organizing various projects and events
  • Preparation of job postings creating job profiles Works Council documents etc.
  • Support in global HR projects such as the implementation of a new HRIS
  • General administrative activities

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in Economics Psychology Law or any other relevant subject
  • Previous HR experience desired but not mandatory
  • Very good English skills
  • Good MS Office Application knowledge
  • Team player
