Job Description

  • Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute B2B lead generation strategies to build a robust pipeline of high-quality leads.

  • Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer segments, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.

  • Growth and Scaling: Address the challenges of growing and scaling a startup, implementing marketing solutions to support business expansion.

  • Performance Growth: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, such as adoption rates, usage patterns, and customer satisfaction.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with overall business goals and drive growth.

  • Regional Expertise: Understanding of cultural nuances and business practices in the Gulf region or Middle East.

  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel as needed to different locations to oversee contingent workforce management initiatives.

  • Change Leadership: Experience in change management and the ability to drive change within an organization.

  • Senior Leadership Communication: Strong presentation skills and the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
