2. Solid understanding of design and manufacturing techniques and their impact on costs.

3. Ability to integrate continuous improvement techniques.

Languages: English verbal and written and ability to communicate with local and global stakeholders.

Role purpose: The Component Engineering Team Manager is responsible for the Component Engineering team within the Engineering Department. She / He holds the product ownership of core components its standardization improvements and manufacturing drawings. She / He works closely together with the Head of Manufacturing and the other teams within the Engineering department.

1. Job Description:

   1. Team Management and support:

      1. Responsible for leading a small team.

      2. Ability to troubleshoot and rapidly shift multiple priorities.

      3. Provide mentorship and resolve issues within the team.

      4. Responsible for growth and sustainability of FV knowledge concerning core components.

   2. Delivering project related component drawings:

      1. Responsible that the component engineering team delivers high quality component engineering drawings as per project planning and requirements.
      2. Responsible to produce detailed manufacturing drawings for internal manufacturing or external bought items.

   3. Product development innovation and standardization Manufacturing drawings

      1. Responsible for Core product mechanical development improvement innovation and standardization.
      2. Assures prototype design and evaluation
      3. Leads Risk assessment of mechanical design fatigues
      4. Benchmark our components with our competitors.
      5. Design for function cost manufacturing and serviceability approach
      6. Manage creating and customization of 3D Parametrical models
      7. Ensures close cooperation with other Engineering teams.
      8. Close cooperation with manufacturing technology and manufacturing Departments

   4. Internal customer support

      1. Responsible for product support to Sales Project Managers After Sales Services

      2. Industry to be searched from: Boiler / Power / Pressure Vessels / Heat Exchangers etc.
