We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting reviewing and revising various legal documents assisting in legal operations and contract matters and overseeing daytoday legal operations. Additionally the role involves conducting research and due diligence for agreements acquisitions mergers and other corporate actions as well as updating the legalities of the company and its subsidiaries and establishing new subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft review and revise legal documents including agreements amendments and addendums.
• Assist in legal operations and contract matters including contract negotiations with partners and vendors.
• Manage and handle the daytoday legal operations of the company.
• Conduct research and due diligence for agreement reviews acquisitions mergers and other corporate actions.
• Update and maintain the legalities of the company and its subsidiaries.
• Establish new subsidiaries as required.
• Oversee and ensure legal compliance of the companys subsidiaries.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Law from a distinguished and reputable University is a prerequisite.
• Proven experience in handling sales commercial division legal matters specifically related to channel distribution.
• Proficiency in businesslevel English is required encompassing both written and spoken communication skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of handson experience in the fastmoving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in highpressure scenarios and navigate seamlessly through a fastpaced professional environment.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and persuasively. The ideal candidate should be able to express complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner using precise and impactful language.
• Commitment to adhere to the Work From Office (WFO) policy in the vibrant Mega Kuningan area is expected.
