We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer (Governance Risk and Compliance GRC) If you have any suitable profiles please share it to Position: Senior ServiceNow Developer (Governance Risk and Compliance GRC) Location: Remote Duration: 6 Months Contract Cobb Systems Group is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) to work in big company in the financial/banking industry. In this role you will lead the design development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions including optimizing ServiceNow GRC implementations and ensuring compliance with client and industry standards and regulations. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions that align with the companys business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Study analyze and understand the current ServiceNow system and its complexity. Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions including risk management policy and compliance management audit management and related modules. Gather and analyze business requirements to develop customized solutions that meet the organizations compliance needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document processes workflows and procedures. Configure customize and develop ServiceNow applications and modules to address specific GRC requirements. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow development teams. Develop and maintain best practices and standards for implementations. Create and maintain technical documentation including system architecture diagrams process flows and configuration guides. Qualifications: 10 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer. Proven experience as a ServiceNow developer with a focus on GRC solutions at least for a year. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders. Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment. Strong understanding of GRC concepts and frameworks Extensive handson experience with ServiceNow configuration scripting and development. Proficiency in JavaScript Glide and other ServiceNow scripting languages. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
